Museandbeautyco offers high-quality virgin hair extensions. Because our products are made from natural human hair, slight variations in texture, color and wave pattern may occur. These variations are normal and do not indicate defects. 

Our virgin hair extensions are single donor hair and can be colored, bleached, and chemically processed. However, Museandbeautyco is not responsible for damage caused by chemical processing, excessive heat, or improper care after purchase.

We recommend using licensed, professional, or knowledgeable hairstylists for all items purchased on our website. Museandbeautyco is not liable for alterations performed on our products by third parties. This includes alterations made by other hairdressers or hairstylists. No refunds are granted on the purchase altered by third parties. Refunds or exchanges must follow the refund or exchange policy.

3. Order processing 

All orders require a processing period before shipment. Processing time may vary depending on product availability and order volume. 

Typical processing time: 

2-5 business days 

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

4.  Product Care Responsibility 

Museandbeautyco provided high- quality virgin hair; however proper care is the responsibility of the customer. Damage caused by improper maintenance , chemical treatments, bleaching, coloring, excessive heat styling, or incorrect installation is not the responsibility of museandbeautyco.

5. Fraud Prevention

Museandbeautyco reserves the right to cancel an order that appears fraudulent or suspicious. Additional verification may be required before certain orders are processed.

Fraudulent chargebacks or disputes filed without contacting museandbeautyco may result in the customer  restricted from future purchases.

6. Intellectual Property

All content associated with Museandbeautyco including logos, branding, product descriptions, images, and website content are the intellectual property of Museandbeautyco. Unauthorized reproduction, copying, or use of this content is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability 

Museandbeautyco is not liable for any allergic reactions, skin irritation, or damage caused by chemical products. Customers assume responsibility for how products are used, processed, or installed.
